Certified clients may show that they are certified, as long as they do so accurately and do not mislead.

Clients may

  • Display the certificate at their premises and share copies of the complete certificate.
  • Use the Pak CA certification mark on letterheads, websites, brochures, vehicles and advertising, together with the standard and the certificate number.
  • Refer to their certification in tenders and marketing, limited to the certified scope and sites.
  • Invite customers to verify the certificate on the Pak CA verification page or by its QR code.

Clients must not

  • Use the mark on a product, product packaging or laboratory test or inspection report, or in any way that suggests a product is certified (management-system certification covers the system, not the product).
  • Use the certificate or mark for activities or sites outside the certified scope.
  • Alter, enlarge or redesign the mark, except for proportional resizing.
  • Use the certificate or mark while the certificate is suspended or after it has been withdrawn or has expired.
  • Make any statement that could bring Pak CA or the certification system into disrepute.

Misuse

Incorrect references to certification or misleading use of certificates or marks are dealt with by corrective action, suspension or withdrawal, and, where appropriate, publication of the misuse or legal action. Report suspected misuse through the complaints page.
