How certification works

Six clear steps, all tracked in your client portal. You get an email at every stage.

The six steps to certification

Create your account and verify your email with a one-time code. Add your company details once — they are reused in every application.

Choose the service. The form adapts to it (e.g. ISO standard, scope and sites). Save as draft anytime and submit when ready.

Follow the checklist. Each document is reviewed and marked accepted, rejected or replacement required, with comments.

We review your application and schedule the assessment. Any findings are recorded; you respond online.

An authorized person records the decision after the assessment. Payment alone never grants certification.

Your certificate appears in your portal as a PDF with a QR code, listed in the public register, with renewal reminders.
